Rome weather varies widely throughout the year, which makes choosing the right month to go a vital part of any vacation plan. The average monthly high temperature is 69 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the World Weather organization. Average highs peak at more than 83 degrees in July and Aug. and bottom in the mid-50s in December, Jan., Feb. and March. Why not stay in a Rome apartment and discover the city in style. The average monthly low temperature -- principally nighttime -- is 51 degrees with a peak of more than 60 degrees in June, July, Aug. and September and a bottom in the upper 30's in Jan. and Feb..
Rainfall also varies widely from month to month. The city averages 2.4 inches of rain and 6 rain days per month. But rain -- mainly rain with infrequently some snow -- shows up more frequently during the city's wet season of October through Jan. Rain totals at least 3 inches every month and hits a high point of more than 4 inches in November. Rain days hit a high point of 10 in Nov also. Rainfall reaches its bottom in June and July, with June seeing 0.6 inches on average and July only a touch more. Rain days average about two per month.
Weather patterns for Rome obviously show the wet season of October through Jan, mixed with low temperatures, is not an ideal time to visit Rome on vacation. Feb and March fare only moderately better as rain begins to decline and temperatures continuously increase. Rome is best visited in May, June and September for anyone who enjoys touring a town with daytime temperatures in the 70s, although rainfall begins to climb in Sep. Any person preferring warmer weather will find that July and Aug. are the warmest months to visit. Rome apartments are the best accommodation in the city and are close to everything you will want to see.

Cuisine Of Rome
If you're one of the people that think that Italian folks only eat Pizza and Pasta than you are totally wrong. Of course, these dishes are very common in Italy and therefore also in its capital, Rome, but there are plenty of other Italia delicacies. Coda alla vaccianara, for example, is awfully famous: calf's tail cooked in vine with tomatoes and pepper. Abbacchio alla scottadito; lamb chops which are eaten with your hands and tempered with pepper and salt, are also an extremely well-liked standard dish. This last example is typical of Roman food even though you may find it in other areas of the country. So there you have it ; pizza and pasta aren't Italy's only tasty creations.
However, it must be said that pasta is a dish adored by all and if you want a taste if how it should be done, you actually need to go to Italy. Two of the most renowned pasta dishes come from Rome. First off, bucatini allamatriciana which is thick spaghetti with a hole in the middle, served with streaky bacon and tomato dressing. Secondly, the infamous spaghetti alla carbonara, with a creamy bacon sauce, came from the country's capital.
Italian food is quite discernible by taste as they're keen to flavor their food with basil, garlic and mint. Everything is flavoured with some kind of herb. There is also a typical drink that is pretty much loved in Italy and is called Ramazzotti. It is an Italian cordial with 33 different herbs. You can drink it in cocktails or with just ice and lemon.
Some people say that Caprese is the nation's dish of Italy. This tasty dish is of tomato- mozzarella with oil and basil. Very scrumptious! It is called the nation's dish due to its colour ( red, white and green ), which is the same as the Italian flag. This famous dish is even well-known in Germany. As is the much loved Bruschette; roasted bread with garlic and oil. This is reasonably regularly eaten with tomatoes for example.
As you can see, Italian cuisine is much more than Pizza and Pasta. Try the food from the Italian capital and make the best of the city. Rome offers plenty of hebergement Rome, where you can search for Italian restaurants or maybe attempt to cook for yourself. The first Italian ingredients are right at your fingertips so there's no excuse. You can purchase them in the once a week markets and even the produce in the supermarkets is of a great quality.
