Ingredients:
500 grams beef tenderloin- strips
100 grams green pepper- strips
100 grams canned mushroom- chips
2 pcs head medium onions- quartered
100 grams celery- strips
1 teaspoon sesame seed- roasted
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 table spoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon garlic- crushed
1 tablespoon ginger- crushed
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon iodized salt
2 tablespoon brown sugar
100 grams butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
season to taste
Procedure:
- In a separate container, marinate beef tenderloin with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, salt and sugar;
- Heat the pan, melt the butter, drop the marinated beef leaving the marination mixture in a bowl;
- Cook beef for 8 minutes ( remember: tenderloin must be cooked fast and quickly)
- Put seasoning and remove from heat, transfer in a serving platter;
- Add mushroom, celery, green pepper and onion in the remaining marination mixture;
- Heat the same wok with olive oil and drop marinated veggies, stir fry until its half done- ensuring its crispiness.
Yield: 5 servings
